Six Decades and Counting
																																																		1961	Bermingham Controls, Inc. is founded by Jack Bermingham as a manufacturer’s representative agency focusing on fluid control products for the Power and Industrial industries in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
																																																		1986-1987	Current owners Greg Gass, Eddie Bonner, and Kevin Mulholland purchase the company and buy a service facility in Cerritos from Leslie Controls. Merging sales and service operations empowers Bermingham Controls to grow its business exponentially and allow better penetration into the power and refining markets, with continuous ongoing service agreements with all major entities.
																																																		1995-1996	Central California sales, service and repair facility opened in Tulare.
																																																		1997	Leslie Controls West Coast Service Center Facility purchased in Cerritos, CA, with Western US authorized “Red Seal” repair of all Navy products, National Board Certified “VR” Repair of Safety Relief Valves, and assembly of new safety relief valves with steam, air and liquid testing.
																																																		2000	Award of Dresser/Consolidated Green Tag Center (GTC) Safety Relief Valve assembly and repair program for Cerritos operations.
																																																		2002	Phoenix, AZ, repair and sales office opened.
																																																		2003	Arizona shop repair and sales office created to support on-site local repair, 30-foot mobile repair trailer located in central Arizona and technicians relocated for support.
																																																		2004	Award of MARC – Masoneilan Authorized Repair Center of Masoneilan products for Los Angeles area support.
																																																		2005	Bakersfield, CA, sales office opened.
																																																		2008	Bakersfield sales and service operation opens. Has since more than doubled in size.
																																																		2010	Award of Consolidated Safety Valve territory for Hawaii.
																																																		2011	Creation of joint service and sales operation with Valve Service and Supply in Kapolei, Hawaii, for local safety valve sales and service support.
																																																		2015	New 48′ Phoenix, AZ,-based field repair trailer fabricated to support repair market.
																																																		2016	Tolleson, AZ, sales and service operations facility opens, equipped with a 48′ mobile trailer outfitted with a complete machine shop to service clients at job sites.
																																																		2017	Award of Masoneilan product line for Central California, handled through Bakersfield office.
																																																		2018	Bakersfield shop relocated and doubled in size for support due to growth.
																																																		2018	Cerritos shop facility certified by Masoneilan for ValvFAST program to perform final assembly of control valves and regulators locally for quick delivery.
																																																		2019	Award of Masoneilan control valve territory for Hawaii.
																																																		2020	Purchase of Capital Westward Systems and Controls, a 40- year-old technical sales representative company located in Henderson, NV, focusing on the power, chemical, mining, and water/wastewater facilities.
																																																		2021	Awarded the Masoneilan product line for Northern California and Nevada. Local sales office opened in Northern California. Cerritos shop is certified by the National Board to perform in-shop weld repair of safety and safety relief valves during VR repairs – the only shop in Southern California with this capability.
																																																		2022	Bakersfield shop National Board VR certification of safety and safety relief valves for steam, air and liquid certified repairs.
																																																		2022	Cerritos, CA, recertification on Consolidated safety relief valves, including new DM — Dual Media certified and patented safety relief valves.
																																																		2022	New repair facility opened within Capital Westward, NV, facility for local support.
